RegalCare at Glen Ridge

Michael Fothergill resided at RegalCare at Glen Ridge in Medford, MA from 2024 until his death in May of 2026. At RegalCare he was frequently robbed, his call bells went unattended, and he missed appointments critical to his care. He died of lymphoma.

Between the time he was taken to Mass General Hospital where he died and two weeks later when his family came to collect his belongings, his blood-filled urinal sat on the food tray in his room.

His family filed two complaints with the Department of Public Health. They didn’t respond.
